*Accompanying person attendees must opt in for tour (included in fees) by June 1, 2026.

  • ISME membership is required for all presenters and for access to general sessions. Please log into your ISME account to renew your membership or join ISME here.

• Non-Members
  • You do not need to have an active ISME membership if you fall under one of these categories:
    • K-12 Session presenter or attendee (access will only be given to the Thursday keynote and the K-12 sessions on Thursday July 30 and Friday July 31.)
    • Local Student (1 day pass)
    • Volunteers
    • Exhibitors
    • Sponsors
    • Performers
    • Organizers / Staff

You can request a visa invitation letter on the registration form. You must register and pay in full for a Visa Invitation to be issued. Our events logistics team will send a list of registered, and cancelled delegates, to the IRCC to validate visa applications.

While the ISME26 logistics team is here to support registered delegates, please note that we cannot influence the processing times of Canadian embassies worldwide.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Cancellations received prior to 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026, registration fees will be refunded less service charge of $50 USD.
• Cancellations received after 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026, and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Visa denials and delays do not qualify for refunds. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for visa delays or denials. All cancellations will strictly follow the above policies.
• All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to isme26@mci-agency.com.

Registration Important Dates

• Early Bird registrations will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on April 7, 2026.  If your registration remains unpaid on April 8, 2026 , your early bird registrations will be updated to the Regular Registration fee. 

• Regular registration pricing will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on May 31, 2026.  If your registration remains unpaid on June 1, 2026, your regular registrations will be updated to the Late Registration fee. 

• Late registration pricing will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on July 25, 2026.  If your registration remains unpaid on July 26, 2026,] early your late registrations will be updated to the Onsite Registration fee. 

• Onsite registration pricing will be accepted until July 31, 2026. 
   

• A confirmation notice detailing your registration will be sent to you immediately upon completion of this registration form. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact isme26@mci-agency.com.
• No badge will be provided until full payment of all outstanding invoices is received. 
• ISME2026 or its agents will be filming, photographing, or recording sound throughout the conference. By agreeing registering to attend the conference ISME26, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded at during the conference. 
• It is recommended that registrants obtain adequate travel, health and accident insurance before departing from their respective country of residence. 
• All registration is subject to availability.
