Applicable Rules
- The booking is to be made to the following city: Montreal, YUL (CA)
- The travel period begins Sunday, July 19, 2026 and ends Friday, August 07, 2026.
- Travel is valid Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
- For North America' 5% applies on standard fares, 10% on flex fares & higher. For International Travel' 10% on standard fares & higher. 12% discount on Business Class fares (exception: 5% on the lowest Business Class).
- However, all bookings made using the promotion code will count toward the minimum 10 passenger requirement for Meetings and Conventions events.
Air Canada Terms and Conditions
A ticket is eligible for the Discount provided it has been purchased on aircanada.com, and provided the Promotion Code has been applied at time of purchase. Any ticket not purchased on aircanada.com for the purposes of travel to an Event will not qualify for any benefits under these Terms and Conditions. A ticket purchased on aircanada.com but for which the applicable Promotion Code was not entered or was entered incorrectly will not be eligible for the Discount.
Only bookings made to the Event city are eligible for the Discount. Bookings originating in the convention city are not eligible.
The Promotion Code is only available to Registered and Paid delegates and their travel companions. In order to take advantage of the discounted fares, Eligible Passengers must book their flight at aircanada.com and enter the Promotion Code in the applicable box. If the Promotion Code is not entered or is entered incorrectly, the Discounts will not be applied to the booking.
The Discounts, the Services, these Terms and Conditions, Air Canada’s fares, schedules and policies, and any and all equipment used in connection with the provision of the Meetings and Conventions Travel Services may be changed or terminated by Air Canada at any time and for any reason, in each case without notice or liability.
