When we got a new device to transfer our idea of teaching the eurythmics lessons, we started to use the zoom platform as the main software to build up the online lessons more efficiently. Mentors and students were connected by the internet to take a new bridge and it created a deeper relationship between the participants of the class. Our research aims to explore the efficiency factors of the online eurythmic pedagogy teaching training, done between the cities of Hong Kong, Macao, Bangkok, Singapore and the some cities in the United States. The purpose is to compare different metrics for different cases. Methodology Mix-method is conducted with a survey (N=103) of participating a questionnaire and answer the questions as below, 1. Does online eurythmic learning and teaching should be positive on intrinsic motivation? 2. Should online eurythmics learning and teaching be positive on extrinsic motivation? In our test, only 10 random participants are invited to join the semi-structured interview. The Data Analysis The data analysis is conducted by the SPSS 19.00, factor analysis will be used and the thematic analysis will be conducted for the qualitative analysis part. Result The predicted result shows a significant improvement of the online eurhythmics pedagogy teaching for professional development. Factors of the equipment and software are requested to the well quality internets and environments. Self-disciplinary, online peer learning and group learning should be advocated. Suggestions and conclusions: We found that the online teaching training mode should be expanded to apply an online degree program of music and movement around the world in the near future. This with the purpose of supporting the sustainable and well-being music, or equivalently, the music movement degree programs. This will bring out higher chances to help to the adults music teaching to be successful and sustainable. This will also help the teachers and musicians to develop a better career as instructors
