Date & Time

Description
The author shows a visualization of the musicking philosophy for the panel presentation, Tunograpiya: Insights on the Urban Soundscape as an Interdisciplinary Arts Practice through Digital Technologies (abstract submitted). The philosophy discusses four stages of the musicking experience, namely:1. Self, in situ: sonic recordings as field notes by individual researchers2. Us, remembered: composition of ambient tracks of geotagged locations by composers3. Self, with us: walking through the specified locations to listen introspectively to the Us, remembered tracks4. Self, with us, in-situ (future direction): recordings of Self, with us, as experienced by those who participated in Stage 3
