At HausMusik events, the complexity of collective music-making is managed and facilitated, contributing to a musical-pedagogical practice. This requires a distinctive pianism due to the instrument's intrinsic versatility and the implicit characteristics of the musical ensemble presented there, both as chamber music practice and in conducting and supporting choral practice. Since chamber music is, in its essence, an act of emergent communication, this communicative practice is heightened in its demands and expressive synchronicities within the family environment. This study addresses aspects of this synchronicity, reflecting on processes, results, and experiences resulting from the subjectivity of these collective practices, documenting musical making in situations where the pianist's performance, with adaptive capacity, is required within specific parameters. Subjective synchrony studies chamber music practice in its complexity and specificities, driven by the piano as a catalyst in the amalgamation of sounds produced, interweaving the subjectivity of each musician's work into a single artistic expression (Brown, 2012). This synchronicity transcends mechanical processes, creating a distinctive musical dialogue, refined listening, emotional sensitivity, and mutual respect. When performers connect on this level, their individualities merge, and the musical experience becomes greater than the sum of its parts. The practice of performance transcends the materiality of notes and transforms into a vibrant exchange of intentions and emotions (Souza, 2014). This type of connection is even more explicit and fostered in family recitals, such as at HausMusik Brazil Project. The protected, intimate setting, far from the large halls, becomes the ideal stage for this sensitive exchange. The barrier between audience and artist is softened, and subjectivity is shared, valued, and celebrated. Piano performance among musical peers supersedes personalism in a reciprocal and dialogical process between artists and audience. In this context, the pianist's performance plays a fundamental role in responsive exchanges with the audience, acting as an element that provides consistency and direction in the emerging reciprocity. The synchronicity of events, whether purely musical or independent, is a permeating element, an object of research into the musical experience within the context of this stage temporarily established in the actions of HausMusik Brazil Project. Subjective synchrony goes beyond the individuality of each performer in their musical creation, respecting the singularity of each participant while seeking unification, encouraging dialogical expressiveness in their demands, and contributing to the transformation of this unique moment of musical performance.
